Trailwood Hills - Parking Update December 10, 2007
On Tuesday, December 4, 2007, the Raleigh City Council approved, by consent, the proposal submitted by Audrey Mise as set forth earlier on this website regarding restricted parking in our neighborhood. There was a question posed to City Council via email about the side of street that would have restricted parking, but the decision was final and signs should be up by the end of this week.
We believe that the parking restrictions are a much-needed step towards preserving safety in our neighborhood. Please take a moment to revisit the parking regulations previously posted and follow them going forward. We strongly encourage homeowners to contact the police for any parking violations they witness, especially with respect to parking in the no parking areas, too near intersections, and within five feet of a home's driveway (on either side).
