Trailwood Hills - HOA Board meeting on Novmeber 3, 2009
Our HOA Board met November 3, 2009.
The Board had further discussion regarding the beautification project for our common areas. Further research is being done into location of signs, landscaping, and costs.
The Board had a lengthy discussion regarding the current financials and the 2010 budget. The 2010 budget was approved, and due to a significant rise in overall costs over the past few years, that approval contains a raise in dues to $23 per month.
After a lengthy discussion, the Board will be putting together revised policies surrounding the fining process for our neighborhood with regard to violations of the covenants and architectural guidelines, as it was felt more clarification was needed with respect to certain violations and the process itself.
There was a discussion regarding the recent stealing of road signs in our neighborhood, as well as the no trespassing and community watch signs.
We will be looking into a more cost-effective gate at the pool driveway entrance and strengthening the gate at the pool entrance itself.
